MEET THE FOUNDER
Ryan Skitt.
Founder of Affordable Architectural. Architectural designer. Personally invested in making good design and planning support more accessible.
Building a business with purpose.
Ryan founded Affordable Architectural in April 2024. His ambition was to build a service that people could approach with confidence: clear on price, serious about quality and straightforward to communicate with.
Ryan has built Affordable Architectural around practical project delivery, clear communication and helping clients navigate the design and planning process. His experience spans residential extensions, planning applications, technical drawings and coordinating specialist support across a growing portfolio of projects.
Detail matters. So does persistence.
Ryan leads client briefs and the design direction of the business. He has a particular interest in resolving difficult planning questions through careful research, considered proposals and clear supporting explanations.
He works with freelance technical support and external specialists where the brief calls for it, so each appointment has a defined scope and the right input.
