What is included in architectural drawing fees?

Check whether the quotation covers existing drawings, proposed plans, elevations, application support and a specified revision allowance. Ask which stage the drawings are intended for. A planning-only price should not be compared with a package including technical design.

Council and portal charges, measured surveys, structural design and specialist reports may sit outside the drawing fee. Knowing this early helps you plan the budget. Ask how additional requirements will be agreed if the application develops.
