What to send for an extension drawings quote

Tell us what does not work in the house now. Perhaps the kitchen is isolated, the ground floor lacks a usable bedroom or there is nowhere to work quietly. A short explanation of the problem helps us understand what the extension needs to achieve.

Send a front and rear view, the side where work is proposed and photographs showing the relationship with nearby buildings. Existing plans are useful if you have them. Let us know whether measurements are approximate or have come from a survey.

Include the full address, desired number of storeys, approximate size, intended use and any previous planning decisions. Tell us if you need planning drawings only or technical and structural support too. We will confirm the scope, payment stages and next information needed before work begins.
